Sustainable Gastronomy  Day 2022 would offer a wide array of fun activations for the whole family and experiences that will leave domestic and international visitors and tourists wanting more!
The objective for hosting the Sustainable Gastronomy  Day 2022 is to create a world-class sustainable Nigerian food and culture tourist product that annually attracts both domestic and inbound tourists. As such, Sustainable Gastronomy  Day 2022 will showcase cuisines from the six-geopolitical ethnic groups in Nigeria, select curated chef demonstrations, as well as, cuisines from foreign countries in Nigeria’s diplomatic community.
There would also be traditional displays and entertainment depicting the history of ethnic groups in Nigeria and their respective food cultures. The goal being to give tourists a true sense of Nigerian peoples’ heritage, culture and traditions, as an emerging tourist destination in Africa.
This is a remarkable opportunity to share with the world, Nigeria’s diversity in food and beverages, from the well-over 300 ethnic groups in Africa’s most populous country. The success of this Sustainable Gastronomy  Day 2022 would easily put Nigeria on the global map of Food Tourism destinations in the world.
